Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of food items.

Allergens and Dietary Requirements:
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to review the allergen information provided by the Seller before making a purchase. Sellers are required to disclose allergen information to the best of their knowledge. Tahood.co.uk does not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions resulting from allergen exposure. Buyers with specific allergies or dietary restrictions should contact the Seller directly to seek additional information or clarification.

Tahood.co.uk acts solely as a platform for Sellers and Buyers to connect and facilitate transactions. We do not assume liability for any disputes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the purchase or consumption of food items. Any issues or concerns related to the food items should be addressed directly between the Seller and the Buyer.

Buyers are advised to discuss food hygiene practices directly with the Sellers, including inquiries about food preparation, storage, handling, and cleanliness. Tahood.co.uk encourages Sellers to maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene and to provide accurate information regarding their practices to Buyers.
